What You'll Do
As the Lot Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining an organized, customer-ready dealership while leading a team that keeps our inventory moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Lot Technicians to achieve daily goals.
  • Manage vehicle flow throughout the dealership, ensuring inventory is properly staged, parked, and displayed.
  • Coordinate incoming vehicle deliveries, trades, and inventory transfers.
  • Partner with the Sales and Service teams to support dealership operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe dealership environment.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with vehicle audits and lot organization.
  • Train and develop team members while creating a positive, accountable work culture.
  • Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed.
