Pay range: 24.50 to 29.50and $0.75 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift 

Shift Available: 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Maintenance Tech to support our industrial manufacturing operations in Sidney, OH. This role is responsible for assembling and preparing maintenance kits that contain all necessary tools, parts, and documentation required for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with maintenance planners, technicians, and inventory teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of maintenance work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review maintenance work orders and identify required parts, tools, and documentation.
  • Assemble and label maintenance kits accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure availability of required components.
  • Maintain organized storage of kits and ensure timely delivery to maintenance teams.
  • Track kit usage and return of unused items to inventory.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Prior experience in maintenance, inventory control, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industrial tools, parts, and maintenance procedures.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CMMS or ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Work Environment:

Industrial manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Safety gear and PPE required.
