Job Overview
This position is On-Site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time
We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Mailroom Clerk to help keep our inbound and outbound mail operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll process incoming mail, route it to the right departments, and prepare outgoing documents for courts, partners, and customers - playing a key part in making sure critical paperwork gets where it needs to go, on time, every time.
What You'll Do
  • Sort and process incoming mail, directing documents to the correct department
  • Keep documents moving accurately and efficiently through intake
  • Print and prepare documents from Skye print queues
  • Package and prepare outbound mail for courts, partners, and customers
  • Pitch in on other job-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED - some experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace and hitting daily production goals
  • Strong communicator who works well with peers
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating and pitching in
  • Coachable, with a positive attitude toward feedback and learning
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
  • Able to stay active and on your feet for most of the shift
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
