• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ unique needs, strengths, and existing support systems, allowing for tailored treatment planning.
• Crisis Intervention: Utilize your expertise to respond to urgent situations, such as mental health emergencies or incidents of child abuse, ensuring immediate support and appropriate follow-up.
• Resource Advocacy: Research and refer clients to essential community resources, such as healthcare services, education programs, and governmental assistance, to strengthen their support networks.
• Case Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress, adhering to best practices in case management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals in various stages of substance use recovery. By helping clients navigate the detoxification process and post-treatment challenges, you will contribute significantly to their journey toward sustainable sobriety and improved mental health. Clients may face a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders, necessitating a compassionate and skilled approach.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, showcasing leadership capabilities.
• Proficient understanding of best practices in substance abuse treatment and counseling methodologies.

• Background in mindfulness-based therapy practices, with a preference for training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
• Experience with digital case management systems to enhance communication and record-keeping.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or macro social work initiatives.
