Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapy, adapted to suit individual client preferences and goals.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, including updating progress notes and treatment timelines regularly.
