Our Room Attendants are dedicated to ensuring the comprehensive cleanliness and meticulous preparation of guest rooms and suites. By meticulously attending to every aspect of room preparation, from the arrangement of amenities to the cleanliness of every corner, they ensure that each guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment.   • Thoroughly clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
  • Replenish and restock room amenities such as paper products, soap, and towels.
  • Maintain cleanliness of exterior entry areas and hallways.
  • Restock and organize housekeeping carts daily.
  • Administer key control for issued keys and manage keys left by guests.
  • Deliver lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper for logging and storage.
  • Report any unusual situations in guest rooms or suites to the Executive Housekeeper immediately.
  • Accommodate special requests from guests.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and suites.
  • Keep linen closets and supply areas organized and tidy.
  • Report maintenance needs and address guest requests or complaints promptly.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and work rules as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Be flexible with work schedules to meet the demands of the hotel, which operates 24/7.
