Job Description Job Title: eDiscovery Case Coordinator Location: Houston (Onsite - Downtown) Duration: 90-day contract (extensions likely) Start: ASAP Overview We are seeking an eDiscovery Case Coordinator to support multiple active legal matters in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an early-career eDiscovery professional looking to grow into an eDiscovery Project Manager (eDPM). You will work closely with experienced team members, gaining hands-on exposure to the full eDiscovery lifecycle while supporting day-to-day case coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end eDiscovery processes (collection, processing, review, production) Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal stakeholders Track deadlines, deliverables, and matter status using spreadsheets and trackers Maintain matter documentation (logs, chain of custody, production records) Monitor review progress, processing workflows, and production schedules Perform basic QC checks on data and deliverables Assist with reporting, timelines, and task tracking Identify risks/issues and escalate appropriately Ensure workflows are consistent, defensible, and compliant Required Qualifications ~3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology Working knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle Experience with review platforms (Relativity, RelativityOne, or similar) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with Excel (trackers, logs, reporting) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with RelativityOne or Nuix Discover Exposure to ESI protocols, production specifications, and data workflows Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, prompt writing, automation) Experience supporting multiple concurrent legal matters Ideal Candidate Profile Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset Coachable, curious, and eager to grow into a project management role.
