Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Remote - MN & WI)

Position Type: Full-Time / Remote

Pay: $25.00/hour + Uncapped Commission

Location: Remote (Must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin)

Equipment: Client-provided (Laptop & Monitor)

Start Dates: September 8th (Medicare) OR October 6th (Individual/Family)


JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated, licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our team! In this role, you will handle high-volume inbound sales calls, helping clients navigate and enroll in health insurance products-specifically Medicare and Individual/Family plans.

With 100% inbound calls and no cold calling, you will serve as a trusted guide, helping prospective members understand plan options, benefits, and costs to make confident coverage decisions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle 30-40 inbound calls daily from prospective customers looking for health insurance coverage.

  • Educate and enroll clients into appropriate Medicare or Individual/Family health plans.

  • Clearly explain plan features, networks, benefits, and pricing options.

  • Maintain strict adherence to CMS regulations, insurance compliance standards, and documentation requirements.

  • Accurately track and log all client interactions, policy sales, and leads in the CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales production metrics.


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Licensure & Location: Must hold an active Health Insurance License and currently reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

  • Experience: Background in health insurance sales or high-volume call center environments preferred.

  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare or Individual/Family plans is a strong plus.

  • Technical Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant private home office. (Equipment provided; must have room for 1-3 monitors).

  • Availability: Ability to commit to one of the following launch dates:

    • Medicare Role: Start Date - September 8, 2026

    • Individual/Family Role: Start Date - October 6, 2026


SCHEDULE & TRAINING
  • Paid Training: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM CST.

  • Seasonal Schedule Flexibility: Must be flexible to work standard shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST during peak season. Must be open to all shift variations:

    • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    • 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

    • 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Overtime: Must be open to overtime and weekend shifts as needed during peak open enrollment (typically every other weekend).
