Compensation & Benefits
● Hourly base pay: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)
● Uncapped commissions
● Top performers earn $60,000–$120,000+ annually

What You'll Do
● Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls using company-provided warm leads
● Educate clients on Medicare Advantage (MAPD), Medicare Supplements, Hospital Indemnity, Ancillary
Products, and Final Expense insurance
● Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

● Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service
● Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
● Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
● Stay compliant with CMS, carrier, and company guidelines
● Participate in ongoing product and compliance training
Qualifications
Required
● Active Florida 2-40 Health Insurance License or 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License
● Excellent communication and customer service skills

    ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
    ● Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
    ● Self motivative and self starter
    ● Fast learner and good listening skills
    ● Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
    ● Ability to handle rejection and overcome opposition
    ● Wanting to achieve more than just a paycheck
    ● Career-oriented mindset long term goals
    Preferred
    ● Experience selling:
    ○ Medicare Advantage (MAPD)
    ○ Hospital Indemnity
    ○ Ancillary Insurance Products
    ○ Final Expense Insurance (preferred)
    ● Previous insurance sales or call center experience
    ● Proven track record of meeting sales goals and retention of sales
    Schedule
    ● Full-Time-
    ● Monday–Friday (outside of AEP)
    ● Additional hours available during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and Open Enrollment Period (OEP)
    ● Some weekends required during AEP
