Looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can help people make important healthcare coverage decisions while working from home? We are seeking experienced, customer-focused Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agents to join a growing team supporting health plan enrollment and member services.
Pay & Earning Potential
Licensed Agent: $20.50-$21.00/hour + performance bonuses
Bilingual Spanish Licensed Agent: $24.00/hour + performance bonuses
Must be fully bilingual and comfortable discussing and translating healthcare coverage information
Top Performers: Up to $28.00/hour with bonuses
Work Location
100% Remote / Work From Home
Training
Paid training provided
Training length: 2-4 weeks
Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST or EST
Some programs may require camera participation during training
Schedule After Training
Must be flexible to work an assigned 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM CST
Open 7 days per week
Overtime opportunities available, especially during peak enrollment periods
What You'll Do
As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, you will:
Assist individuals with understanding healthcare coverage options
Help customers select plans that best fit their healthcare and financial needs
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and follow-up outbound calls
Answer questions with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Complete enrollments, renewals, and plan changes
Meet sales and conversion expectations while maintaining a positive customer experience

Active Health Insurance License in good standing
Must reside in the state where you are licensed
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
Strong communication and customer service skills

High-speed hardwired internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps recommended)
Quiet, dedicated workspace
