Hampton Golf is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Systems Associate to join our marketing team in Jacksonville, Florida. This entry-level role is designed for a recent college graduate who combines an interest in digital marketing with a systems-oriented mindset - someone who finds satisfaction in how things work, not just what they produce.
Supporting more than 30 clubs and properties nationwide, Hampton Golf operates a sophisticated multi-property digital marketing ecosystem. This role serves as a key hub within that ecosystem, helping drive consistency, strategy, and performance across all locations. The Marketing Systems Associate will support marketing project management, maintain and update property websites, manage day-to-day digital platform operations, and grow into an expanding set of responsibilities as our marketing technology environment continues to evolve.
This is not a passive support role. The right candidate will take ownership of systems, improve processes, and build toward a career path in marketing operations and technology leadership.
Pay: $19 - $21 an hour, depending on experience

Job purpose
The Marketing Systems Associate supports the execution and organization of Hampton Golf's marketing initiatives across its portfolio of clubs and communities. Through project coordination, website management, CRM support, and digital systems administration, this role helps drive operational efficiency while building expertise in marketing technology and digital marketing operations.
Core responsibilities
Marketing Project & Systems Management
  • Support the VP of Sales & Marketing in coordinating active marketing projects across a multi-property portfolio, tracking timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Maintain the marketing project dashboard and internal request tracker, ensuring all property-level campaigns and creative assignments are organized, current, and moving forward.
  • Manage intake and routing of marketing requests from on-site leadership, applying consistent prioritization criteria.
  • Assist in building and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring marketing workflows to improve team consistency and efficiency.
  • Support new property onboarding, response preparation, and customer communication projects as assigned.

Website Updating & Content Management
  • Execute routine website updates across Hampton Golf's property portfolio including text revisions, image uploads, event listings, and seasonal content refreshes.
  • Work within content management systems (CMS) to publish landing pages, membership offers, and club announcements on property-specific websites.
  • Conduct regular website audits across all active properties to identify and correct outdated content, broken links, and brand inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams and creative resources to ensure websites accurately reflect current club offerings, events, and identify.

Digital Systems Management
  • Operate within Hampton Golf's CRM platform to support email campaign deployment, contact list management, audience segmentation, and workflow automation.
  • Assist in managing digital marketing tools including email marketing systems, push notification platforms, and scheduling tools across the portfolio.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries - ensuring property-specific photography, logos, and branded templates are current, correctly labeled, and accessible to the team.
  • Support social media content calendar coordination and scheduling for assigned properties.
  • Monitor digital performance dashboards and complete regular reports on email engagement, website traffic, and campaign results for internal review.

Future Digital Systems Learning & Growth
  • Actively pursue training in current and emerging marketing technologies, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, AI-assisted content creation, and analytics systems.
  • Participate in platform training sessions, vendor webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing programs as offered by Hampton Golf and technology partners.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends relevant to the club and hospitality industry and proactively surface recommendations for process improvements or new tool adoption.
  • Progress toward greater ownership of specific digital platforms and systems, with a career path that rewards technical fluency and operational initiative.
  • Contribute the evaluation, piloting, and rollout of new marketing technologies as Hampton Golf continues to invest in its digital infrastructure.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, relevant internship or academic project experience in digital marketing welcomed
  • Exposure to CRM platforms, email marketing tools, website CMS systems, or marketing project management tools is a plus.

Skill & Competencies
  • Organized and process-minded with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines without losing detail

Working conditions

Physical requirements
Good organizational and verbal skills. Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues. Ability to perform basic mathematical skills, monitor and develop subordinates, visually monitor the operation areas and write and read member communication.
Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 20 lbs. Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
Please be advised that all work that requires the use of a ladder more than 8 ft. long must be reviewed by Hampton Golf's Club Maintenance person. Following an assessment of the situation, a determination will be made as to whether a maintenance team member or subcontractors will perform the necessary maintenance task. No other staff member is authorized to climb to heights exceeding 8 ft. and/or perform such maintenance. In addition, personnel are prohibited from entering facility attics, walking on the roof of buildings and/or from using scaffolding.
