Our Philadelphia office has an immediate opening for an entry-level or junior-level Legal Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to enter the legal field and/or candidates who are newly entering the profession.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to various departmental needs
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to perform each task with meticulous attention to detail
  • The role requires proficiency in building relationships with practice group members, including leadership and staff.
  • Candidates must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer and client service. Responsibilities may include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence (phone/email/written), maintaining files and databases, and managing travel arrangements.

Candidates must be proficient in working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly Outlook. Experience working with the following programs is beneficial. New technology and software will be introduced from time to time, so a willingness to learn new systems and programs is essential.
