Job Purpose

This role is an entry-level training position responsible for supporting lease and finance transactions while learning Vantage Financialโ€™s documentation standards, credit approvals, and operational processes. This role works under the guidance of senior team members while developing the skills necessary to independently manage transactions and progress to the Contract Coordinator II role.

Job Duties

  • Assist with preparation of contract documentation packages based on approved credit structures.
  • Review documentation for completeness using established procedures and checklists.
  • Request and collect due diligence materials, including insurance certificates, vendor documentation, and UCC search information, and process UCC searches and filings in accordance with established procedures.
  • Identify documentation discrepancies and escalate to senior team members for resolution.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, vendors, and internal teams to obtain required documentation.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and ensure documentation is properly uploaded and tracked.
  • Learn internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to transaction processing.
  • Escalates documentation questions, discrepancies, or exceptions to senior team members for guidance.
  • Will perform special projects as assigned.

Education, Job Skills and Qualifications

  • Associateโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 0โ€“1 years of financial services, leasing, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and documentation standards.
  • Team Player

Basic Qualifications

  • Associateโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
