Leasing Consultant Responsibilities 

  • Tour apartment homes and lease units to prospective residents  
  • Provide excellent customer service and build resident relationships  
  • Manage applications, lease paperwork, and follow-ups  
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist in office operations  
  • Support marketing efforts and community events  
  • Assist residents with concerns and submit service requests  

Requirements 

  • Minimum 6 months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
