Craig's Landscaping Inc. is an employee-owned business in Arlington, MA and has been around for more than 30 years. We are a full service commercial and residential landscape company specializing in all forms of landscape construction and maintenance. We have knowledgeable staff dedicated to serving our customers with high quality landscape construction and maintenance.

Position Overview

We are seeking an entry level Landscape Construction Driver/Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working outdoors and an eagerness to learn and grow in the landscape industry. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.

This is an entry level position and we are happy to train the right candidate. We encourage experienced candidates to apply as well.

Responsibilities

  • Assist crew leads and crew members in construction of all landscape features, including lawns, plantings, hardscapes and masonry
  • Drive and operate a non CDL dump truck
  • Perform general labor
  • Operate hand tools and light equipment (e.g., compactors, saws).
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized worksite.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements and crew leader directions

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and take directions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • *Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation required*.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Experience driving with trailers is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
