Job description

The Landscape Construction Laborer plays a vital role in supporting small teams with preparing sites, installing plants and irrigation systems, and building hardscapes. This position involves manual labor and requires working with standard landscaping tools. Reporting directly to the Landscape Supervisor, the laborer operates independently with occasional supervision. The role includes occasional travel between multiple project sites and offers seasonal and project-based employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sites for landscaping projects including clearing and grading
  • Install a variety of plants acording to landscape plans
  • Set up irrigation systems and ensure proper functioning
  • Install hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
  • Maintain cleanliness and organize work areas during and after projects
  • Collaborate closely with small teams of 1-3 workers
  • Perform manual labor tasks safely and effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape construction
  • Valid driver's license (DL)
