Compensation: $18 $20 per hour (Depending on experience)
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Local candidates with reliable transport to work. Wednesday to Sunday 8:30 am -5:30 pm
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Lab Technician to support daily operations in a medical device laboratory environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hands-on work. Formal education is not required candidates must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and committed to performing assigned tasks under supervision. This position focuses on assisting technical staff with laboratory activities while maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Follow instructions from supervisors and technical staff to complete assigned duties
Assist with setup, cleaning, and organization of laboratory equipment and workspaces
Perform basic laboratory support tasks under supervision
Prepare materials, samples, or equipment as directed
Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support testing activities and general lab operations
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory environment
Follow safety guidelines and company quality procedures
Assist with inventory organization and stocking of lab supplies
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision
