Gain America's Early Careers program places new and recent graduates into entry-level Junior Software Engineer (New Grad) roles with leading employers across the New York, NY area. Start your engineering career on real production software with structured onboarding and mentorship. This is a launchpad: you'll gain real production experience with mentorship and structured onboarding.
We welcome new graduates and students, including candidates on OPT, CPT, or STEM-OPT work authorization.
Work model: Hybrid / on-site • New York, NY
You'll work with: Java or C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL, Git, REST APIs
What you'll do
  • Build and test features under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Write clean, reviewed code in Java, C#/.NET, or JavaScript
  • Fix bugs and contribute to code reviews and stand-ups
  • Learn the team's stack, CI/CD, and Agile workflow
