The IT Change Management Advisor ensures that moderate to large-scale IT initiatives and system deployments are successfully delivered by aligning technology readiness with technical design, system impacts, and release strategies.

• This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, integrations, and the broader delivery lifecycle to assess impacts across applications, workflows, and operational environments.
• Partnering closely with IT product and project teams, the advisor integrates change into IT execution by translating technical changes into targeted communication, training, and readiness activities.
• This role drives structured adoption of IT strategies that minimize disruption, support effective go-live execution, and enable sustained use of new and updated technologies in production environments.
