We are seeking an esthusiastic Information Technology Technician to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization's network systems.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience managing an e-commerce platform.
- Knowledge and experience with managing retail IT equipment (laserjet and thermal printers, credit card machines, windows PCs).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience with VoIP phone systems
- Experience troubleshooting PoE Devices (Wireless APs, CCTV Cameras, etc)
- Knowledgeable with Computer Networking (TCP/IP)
- Experience with managing multi-location networks
- Experience with Linux Server administration (Debian 12, MariaDB, PHP, Apache2)
- Wordpress / WooCommerce platform management
- Photoshop or GIMP digital photo editing experience
- Experience with Sage 100 ERP software
- Experience with 3CX PBX
- Experience with Ubiquiti Firewall
- Experience with VPN Tunnels
- Experience with LTS/Hikvision IP Cameras)
