Job description

Job Title: Package Assembler
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)
Location: Louisville, CO 80027
Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Additional: Mandatory overtime based on business needs

Summary
Entry-level production role performing assembly, packing, and basic manufacturing support tasks. Follows established procedures, works with visual aids and tools, and supports quality and inventory processes in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of electronic and mechanical components
โ€ข Execute picking, packing, and basic production tasks
โ€ข Navigate Windows PC systems to follow instructions and record data
โ€ข Work from diagrams, schematics, process sheets, and written directions
โ€ข Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and standard equipment
โ€ข Conduct continuity checks and basic quality inspections
โ€ข Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble parts or prototypes as instructed
โ€ข Support manufacturing and distribution activities, including packaging and machinery operation
โ€ข Report equipment malfunctions and assist with minor adjustments
โ€ข Participate in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or product storage tasks
โ€ข Complete routine, clearly defined work under close supervision
โ€ข Record production data and follow standardized procedures
โ€ข Communicate with team members within the immediate work area
