Job description

Position Summary: ย  The Logisticsย Specialistย I provides foundational support across allย logisticsย functions, including inventory control, shipping, parts sales, and data analysis. This entry-level role ensuresย aircraftย parts and materials are accurately inventoried,ย properly stored, and efficiently processed through Dynamic Aviationโ€™sย logisticsย systems

Key Responsibilities: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Maintainย accurateย inventory records and perform cycle counts
  • Verify ERP data integrity by cross-referencing physical part information and documentation
  • Support incoming and outgoing parts transactions and stock movements
  • Properly label, package, and shelveย aircraftย parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Prepare, process, and file required shipping or inventory documentation
  • Provide customer service and coordination support for internal and external requests
  • Assistย with parts posting, requisitions, and work order support
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
