Entry-Level Supply Chain Coordinator (Ocean Logistics)

This role offers hands-on experience managing international shipments, working with global partners, and developing expertise in supply chain operations that impact thousands of shipments every year.

What You'll Do

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring international cargo moves efficiently across the globe. You'll work closely with customers, overseas partners, ocean carriers, and internal teams to keep shipments on track and deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage international ocean shipments from departure through final delivery.
  • Track and monitor cargo movement, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate shipment and transportation records in company systems.
  • Coordinate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Communicate with overseas offices, customers, ocean carriers, and transportation providers.
  • Analyze shipment data and utilize Excel to manage daily workload and priorities.
  • Support billing accuracy and assist with customer reporting.
  • Follow established operating procedures and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service.
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer expectations are consistently met.

Pay and Benefits
