Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

Job Description

As a Production Associate, you operate equipment to produce a variety of salad products by mixing ingredients, running machinery, and packaging finished goods. You help ensure that all products meet strict quality and food safety standards, and you disassemble and sanitize equipment when it is not in use to maintain a clean and compliant production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery to mix ingredients and produce salad products according to established procedures.
  • Perform general labor and production tasks, including assembly, packing, and packaging of finished products.
  • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper performance and product quality.
  • Package products to meet defined quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in general labor and production work.
  • Ability to operate basic production machinery and equipment.
  • Capability to perform machine operation and machine operating duties safely and efficiently.
  • Comfort working in a cleanroom or sanitation-focused environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.40/hr.
