Job description

The Whittingham Agencies – Globe Life Liberty National Division is actively expanding throughout the Midwest and seeking motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in business development, client relations, and benefits consulting.


This is an in-person, field-based opportunity working directly with local businesses and employees to help implement supplemental benefit programs that support working families.

Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with local business owners and decision makers
• Meet with business owners and HR representatives regarding employee benefit programs
• Assist with benefit enrollments and client service
• Maintain professionalism and consistent communication with clients
• Follow structured training systems and activity expectations
• Work toward weekly and monthly performance goals


Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Organized and dependable
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Local travel required

Compensation
