Provide helpful, professional service and expert insurance support to clients and producers.

Execute the renewal of lines of coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Assist clients promptly with inquiries related to billing, claims, and coverage questions.

Process policy binding, checking, endorsements, and manage claims and marketing renewals.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry

General office experience.

An Active Life & Health License is preferred.

Commanding knowledge and high-level expertise in insurance products, markets, and ratings.

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven drive to deliver superior customer service to clients and colleagues.
