*Interact with & greet clients, companies & business partners kindly and professionally
*Inbound call point-person(s) – directing call to correct party & screening call to see if you can assist first
*Client account handling & processing including learning:
- Agency Management System protocol
- General office procedures
- Daily payment batching
- Quoting portals
- Submission guidelines
- Quoting & Closing processes
*Daily courtesy calls for account service, renewals or follow-ups for new business, as directed
*Daily detailed note-taking for every client interaction via phone, e-mail, mail, etc
*Daily task follow-ups including deadlines
*Daily Policy Service & Retention with training & oversight, including but not limited to:
- Addressing & Resolving past due account balances (payment reminders & processing)
- Processing simple & complex Certificates of Insurance
- Processing simple & complex endorsement requests
- Processing simple & complex account and/or policy inquiries/ issues
- Processing & Resolving policy Inspections for Existing & New clients/ accounts
