In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records while supporting our administrative and project teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.

  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.

  • Maintain organized digital records and files.

  • Process project documentation, timesheets, invoices, and purchase orders.

  • Verify and correct data discrepancies.

  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
