Who We Are (And Why You'll Love It Here!)

Welcome to Music City Auto Auction - where cars meet community! Since 2015, we've been the go-to dealer-only auto auction in middle Tennessee, and honestly, we're pretty proud of what we've built. We're not just about cars; we're about creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. If you love variety, enjoy working with great people, and get energized by a fast-paced atmosphere, this could be your perfect fit.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Serve as the primary inside contact for buyers and sellers, making outbound dealer calls to promote weekly sales, follow up on leads, and support sales reporting in CRM
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and themed events, manage social media, email, and text campaigns, and ensure all promotions align with company branding
  • Partner with management on promotional strategies to drive attendance and sales volume
  • Juggle multiple tasks like a pro (don't worry, we'll teach you our tricks!)
  • Be the friendly face our dealers love to work with

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in marketing, business, or communications preferred
  • Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, customer service, or automotive-related roles, preferred
  • The Basics: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass our background check and drug screening

The Perfect Personality Match

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has an eagle eye for details (because accuracy matters!)
  • Feels comfortable with computers and technology (Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms Constant Contact, Sales Force & Canva)
  • Can manage time like a champion and stay organized
  • Takes initiative and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder
  • Brings positive energy and plays well with others
  • Thrives when things get busy (and trust us, they do!)
  • Gets excited about learning new things
  • Can move quickly when deadlines are calling

The Good Stuff (AKA Your Compensation & Perks!)

  • What You'll Earn: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
  • Sweet Bonus: Opportunities for extra cash throughout the year!

Benefits That Actually Matter:

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching (because future you will thank us!)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (we've got you covered)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) for those unexpected moments
  • Life and disability insurance for peace of mind
  • Employee assistance program (we're here for you beyond work too)
  • Paid time off (because everyone needs a break!)
  • Real opportunities to grow and advance your career

The Details

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (weekends are yours!)
  • Location: Our Spring Hill, TN location (37174) - you'll need to be able to get here
