We provide premium leads, elite training, and a competitive hourly base pay paired with a 100% uncapped commission structure. Our average inside sales representatives consistently take home $15,000–$30,000+ per month, and our top closers regularly exceed $40,000 per month. This role is based in our Irvine, CA office Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts voluntary after training. 

Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office)

Pay: $18 per hour + uncapped commission. OTE is $80,000 - $350,000+ annually.

What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative

What You Bring

  • Previous sales experience is required. A background in tax relief, mortgage, debt settlement, or student loans is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
