Customer Service Associate / Inside Sales Support Associate

Envirocheck is a growing company and has exciting opportunities for "A" players on our team.

Envirocheck seeks a customer service associate / inside sales support associate with strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, who enjoys problem solving, and that can build rapport with customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Assist the inside sales manager
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of basic sales strategies and techniques
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying new business opportunities
  • Responsible for service knowledge and pricing to answer client questions
  • Able to write proposals and operate the following: computer, keyboard, use phone / apps for business, websites, email, word processing, spreadsheets, powerpoint, CRM, desk phone
  • Knowledgeable with CRM systems (i.e. run sales reports)
  • Lead management via email, CRM and other platforms
  • Follow-ups with customers
  • Coordinate job details (supplies, equipment) with dispatch /field
  • Closing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets
  • Researching and qualifying potential leads
  • Ability to upsell services
  • Collaborate with outside sales regarding overlapping accounts
  • Assist administration with entering new assignments when bottlenecks occur
  • Assist outside sales with lead entry, lead management and organization, and other data management
  • Build and foster new client relationships
  • Maintain positive client relationships
  • Maintain monthly inside sales tracking report
  • Develop sales language / scripts
  • Attend weekly inside sales meetings

Qualifications and skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of customer service, account management, marketing or sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be personable and be able to handle client relations issues that arise
  • Must be consistently highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and proficient in prioritization
  • Superb written and oral communication skills are critical for carrying out field marketing responsibilities, as the position requires an aptitude for interpersonal relationship-building
