We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Sales Associate to help customers connect with our professional auto glass and hail repair services. This is a face-to-face, field sales position, where you'll interact directly with vehicle owners, provide exceptional customer service, and guide them through the repair process.


No previous sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Compensation:

$46,000 - $64,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will:

  • Build relationships with customers through friendly, face-to-face interactions
  • Identify windshield damage, rock chips, cracks, or hail damage on customer vehicles
  • Educate customers about available auto glass repair and replacement services
  • Guide customers through the insurance claims process
  • Schedule repair and replacement appointments
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the AGC Auto Glass brand
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
