We're looking for an Entry-Level Industrial Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team where you'll work on real projects, improve processes, and help drive continuous improvement from day one. This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement

✅ Design more efficient workflows, workstations, and production layouts

✅ Partner with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to solve problems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
