Many new representatives also benefit from seeking mentorship within their network and continuously improving their product knowledge to boost confidence and credibility with clients.

An Entry Level Independent Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services on behalf of a company, often working on commission and with a flexible schedule. They identify new potential clients, present and demonstrate products, negotiate sales, and maintain relationships with customers. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in sales and develop strong communication and negotiation skills.

How to get a sales rep job with no experience?

Entry level sales representative positions often prioritize strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn over prior experience.
