Light Line A/C & Electrical Technician Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive A/C systems, electrical systems, and drivability concerns
- Perform advanced electrical diagnostics using manufacturer tools and resources
- Diagnose and repair HVAC concerns, wiring issues, sensors, modules, and control systems
- Document all diagnostic steps and repair actions accurately
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear repair explanations
- Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in ongoing Ford and Lincoln training as assigned
Light Line A/C & Electrical Technician Compensation and Benefits
The Light Line A/C & Electrical Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include the following elements:
- Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, certifications, skill level, and performance
- Productionbased incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity benchmarks
- Retentionbased incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced
The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $33.80 to $173.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by jobrelated factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.

Light Line A/C & Electrical Technician Qualifications
- Automotive technician experience with a focus on A/C and electrical diagnostics
- Strong electrical diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Ford and/or Lincoln vehicles preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a highvolume environment
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
