  • Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Onsite physical therapy, imaging, diagnostics, and strong specialty support

  • Procedure-focused practice with partnership and ownership upside

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, incentives and ownership potential

  • Full fringe benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.

  • Comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage

  • Reasonable estimate of compensation range for this position is $360,000 to $650,000 per year

Qualifications
  • ABMS/AOA board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine (PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology Trained).

  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in California or willing to license.

  • Active and unrestricted DEA registration
