Compensation
  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
  • Uncapped Commission: Average first-year earnings $55,000 - $75,000+

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales calls
  • Present and promote City Wide's janitorial and facility-maintenance services to local businesses
