The SDR then schedules appointments or passes qualified leads to more senior sales representatives for further engagement. This role is often a starting point for a career in sales, providing valuable experience in customer communication and lead management.

Job description

We are looking for a sharp, motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our National Call Center team. This is not a spray-and-pray dialing role. Your job is to have real conversations with homeowners who have already raised their hand, understand what they need, and book the right appointments for our field sales teams.

You will be the first real human interaction many customers have with our brand. That means your conversations matter. Quality matters. Judgment matters. The goal is simple: set solid, well-qualified appointments that convert.
You will work onsite in Phoenix, AZ and report directly to Matt Horne. If you like clear expectations, measurable goals, and the opportunity to get better at sales every week, this role was built for you.
What You'll Own
  • Outbound calling with intent You will call warm, inbound leads who have requested information about roofing or exterior services. No cold lists. No guessing. Your focus is to understand the homeowner's situation, ask smart discovery questions, and guide qualified prospects to the next step.
  • High-quality appointment setting This is not about jamming the calendar. It is about booking appointments that make sense for the customer and the sales team. You will handle common objections, clearly explain the value of an inspection or demo, and know when to move forward or when to disqualify.
  • Clean execution and follow-through You will document call outcomes accurately in our CRM and call center systems, follow the call flow while keeping conversations natural, and consistently hit activity and conversion targets.
  • Team-level impact You will work closely with leadership and field sales partners to improve conversion rates, tighten qualification, and raise the overall quality of appointments coming out of the call center.
You Might Be a Great Fit
  • You have experience in inside sales, appointment setting, call centers, or customer-facing roles where persuasion and objection handling matter
  • You can follow a structure without sounding robotic
  • You think on your feet and ask good follow-up questions
  • You stay focused and positive during high-volume calling blocks
  • You are motivated by performance, improvement, and earning more by producing more E

Requirements
  • 1-3 years in sales telemarketing, or customer facing roles
  • Experience with Five9, CXone, Service Titan, or similar CRM/call center tools (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • Experience in home services or roofing is a plus but not required. We can teach the product. We cannot teach work ethic or curiosity.
Schedule & Location
  • Operating hours (EST):
  • Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 9 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Onsite role in Midtown Phoenix, AZ
  • Hybrid options available for top performers
$19 - $19 an hour
Flexible schedule options including 5x8s
$19 per hour base pay
Uncapped monthly bonus based on demos booked
Average reps earn $300+ per month in bonuses, with significantly higher upside for top performers
