Job description

Entry-Level Designer

SWA is seeking talented, design oriented candidates with zero to three years of professional experience in landscape architecture, architecture, urban design, or planning fields. Dual degree holders in landscape architecture and another field are encouraged to apply. New graduates are welcome to apply. In-person strongly preferred.

Working with us in this role, you may be responsible for:

  • Design
  • 3D modeling
  • Rendering
  • Producing presentation graphics and presentations
  • Assisting in preparation of construction drawings/documents, sets
  • Attending and participating in meetings
  • Work with senior designers on a collaborative team

Job location: New York, NY; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Laguna Beach, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Sausalito, CA

Requirements:

  • A professional undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited program in landscape architecture, architecture, planning, or urban design.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 0-3 years professional experience in a design office
