We are looking for a creative and organized Graphic Design and Customer Experience Specialist who enjoys combining graphic design, website updates, and customer support in a fast-paced, small-business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Canva.
  • Assist with website updates, product pricing and marketing content.
  • Help customers select promotional products that meet their needs and prepare quotes
  • Research product options through vendor resources
  • Process orders and support order fulfillment
  • Answer customer calls and assist with product inquiries
  • Achieve familiarity with company inventory

Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design software (Illustrator (preferred), Photoshop and/or Canva.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Preferred But Not Required

  • Experience with SAGE 50 Accounting software
  • Experience working with promotional products, or branded products
  • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
