Global Merchandising Apprentice, HUGO BOSS and/or core brands fragrances

1 year Apprenticeship from 1st September 2026

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Merchandising Apprentice, you will primarily support the Project Managers in the conception and development of temporary in-store animations for fragrance launches in terms of visibility, image and consumer experience within the retail experience team.

He/she will report to the Global Merchandising Manager.

Key missions:

  • Design and delivery of temporary in-store materials for multiple initiatives,
  • Liaise with design agencies from creative brief to artwork production, follow-up & feedback to markets on local executions,
  • Translate creative concept into technical briefs for material purchasing purposes or local production,
  • Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines, delivery and implementation of assets,
  • Create and write related merchandising guidelines,
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive research,
  • Update planograms using IWD software.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like to interact with cross-functional teams and learn about the beauty business environment and international trends. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you are:

  • Master 1 / Master 2 student (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Design),
  • First experience in VM, Retail design or Trade Marketing in the beauty or luxury goods industry will be a plus,
  • Proficient with MS Office. Adobe suite would be a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design),
  • Ability to work autonomously and multitask in fast-paced collaborative environment,
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Reliable and attention to details,
  • Strong collaboration skills.
