Position Overview

We are looking for experienced, high-energy Door-to-Door Storm Representatives who want more than just a job - if you want a REAL path to success we are the place for you.

The ability to learn is more important than your industry knowledge.

This is a performance-based, commission-only role built for individuals who are:

  • Comfortable working in the field
  • Skilled at door-to-door prospecting and lead generation or willing to learn

If you've worked storms before and understand how to turn knocks into inspections and inspections into deals, this is where you scale.

What You'll Do

Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and areas that we are already invited for work to generate roofing opportunities

  • Learn how to identify potential hail/wind damage and educate homeowners
  • Set and run roof inspections
  • Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process
  • Sell retail roof replacements
  • Present solutions and close roof replacement and repair contracts
  • Manage the deal from first contact to signed agreement
  • Maintain consistent activity: doors knocked, inspections set, deals closed
What We're Looking For
  • Self-driven with a hunter mentality (MOST IMPORTANT TRAIT)
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket deals ($10K$50K+)
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or storm restoration sales preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a commission-only structure
