Maintain hard copy files, perform document shredding as directed, and support large-scale scanning projects, including materials received from offsite storage. Process and forward ad valorem tax notices and bills for closed accounts to clients or designated responsible parties. Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs, and provide basic front desk and clerical support.
Support general office operations, including breakroom upkeep and other routine administrative or clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Up to one (1) year of related clerical, administrative, mailroom, or office support experience.
Ability to perform repetitive, routine tasks with accuracy and consistency. Basic computer skills, including scanning, emailing, and working within shared file systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow established procedures and instructions with limited supervision. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage daily responsibilities consistently. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
