Job description

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To perform the packing and ship-confirmation process of all outgoing parts shipments & kit, receive & transport products as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Maintain standard 5S expectations
• Efficiently complete the packing of orders
• Complete shipping process in UPS and FedEx systems
• Create kits of components for outsourced vendor assemblies
• Deliver kits to assembly locations both internal and external
• Identify and communicate missing components for kits
• Comply with appropriate safety guidelines and report any safety related incident and/or potential safety hazard to management
• Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
• Focus on continuous Lean Manufacturing improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
• Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
• Stand/walk for entire shift
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Must have:
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• This is an entry level position
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• At least 1 year of experience in a shipping and/or warehouse environment
• Previous experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems
• Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)
PREFERRED EDUCATION
• High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
