Job Summary:
Is an entry-level role focused on providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources department. Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate HR records, and serves as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries. The role is primarily operational, ensuring that day-to-day HR activities run smoothly.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
  • Zero-Two years' of HR, administrative, or customer service experience : Preferred
Essential Functions:
  • Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits.
  • Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
