Hospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury hotel in California and looking for a bilingual hotel Human Resource Director.
The Work:
  • Lead by example at all levels of execution
  • Manage, develop and train the HR team
  • Create and manage all HR functions including: Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Recruiting
  • Relationship building with all departments
  • Organizational Development
  • Additional responsibilities are required

What you've already done (requirements):
  • Luxury/upscale hotel experience required
  • 6+ years of experience as Director of Human Resource with a luxury/upscale full-service brand hotel
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Thinks critically and objectively; has excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions based on business demands
  • Has a passion for hospitality, demonstrated by a progressive hotel career
  • Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
  • Technology and social media savvy
  • Involvement with the HR community and knowledgeable of HR practices and procedures
  • Team player with the ability to multitask
  • Excellence in business ethics and integrity
  • B.A. Degree
  • HR Certifications preferred

Compensation:
  • Yearly salary base range of 155k - 175k
