My client, with offices in Doral, is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring timely completion of documentation, training, and system access.
  • Schedule new-hire orientations, trainings, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data in HRIS systems.
  • Assist with performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Support broader HR initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of HR or administrative experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
