Overview
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This is an on-site position Monday - Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays and is based at Red Lobster's corporate office in Orlando, FL.
Summary
Red Lobster is seeking a highly capable HRIS Systems Analyst in Orlando, Florida to join our HR team and assist in optimizing the performance of our HR systems. The qualified individual will be responsible for maintaining/updating our HR technology systems, collecting data for reporting purposes/creation, translating business objectives into clearly written technical requirements, implementing new requirements to existing systems and managing software implementation projects. The HRIS Systems Analyst would be the main point of contact for questions regarding HR systems and collaborating with a team of HR specialists including managers from various departments to ensure that the organization functions as efficiently as possible. To ensure success as an HRIS Systems Analyst, this individual will combine their HR knowledge and HR technology expertise to ensure optimal HR management.
Essential/Primary Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities
  • Consults with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs
  • Identify issue trends while analyzing HRIS system performance metrics to help resolve application issues
  • Document processes, identify HR concerns and compile data analysis reports
  • Assist with system upgrades by testing various changes in test and QA environments to ensure the end product meets the needs of the users prior to applying them to the production environment.
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrating new software and performing diagnostic tests
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running SQL queries
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics including attendance and employee performance data
  • Manage daily HRIS operations, including system access, maintenance administration and system integrity for all HR systems (PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Cornerstone, etc.)
  • Provides systems support including HR systems administration, HR systems security, PeopleSoft table maintenance, assistance with data requests, report creation (SQL query tools), and systems implementation testing and validation
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
  • Consults with process owners and clients to establish project scope, requirements, and timelines for the implementation of new and enhanced processes and manage those projects to completion
  • Analyze and develop data system programs to generate reports and compile output files
  • Support special projects as requested

Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience administering and/or supporting enterprise HR technology systems and integrations
  • Minimum 2 years experience in SQL/Query tools and ad-hoc report creation
  • Has supported either internal HR teams and/or customers on HR technology systems
  • Experience in HR Analytics and Reporting
  • Understanding of API and SSO functionality
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot system and file integration issues
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a high degree of Excel proficiency
  • Experience using IT ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of vendor data file feeds
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to prioritize and project manage HR systems/product implementations simultaneously
  • Basic organization and planning skills

Preferred experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledgeable in iCIMS, Cornerstone, PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Security, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll) and/or other HCM providers (UKG, Workday, ADP, etc.)
  • Understanding of compliance and HR system requirements and best practices
  • Experience administering cloud HR systems along with API and SSO functionality
  • Business Intelligence or MicroStrategy
  • ServiceNow (SNOW) or any other ticketing system
