Job Summary:

EAE USA is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator & Recruiter to help build a reliable, highโ€‘performing workforce for our Adairsville manufacturing site. This role leads fullโ€‘cycle recruiting, delivers a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, and supports daily HR operations that keep our people and processes running effectively. As a key partner to the HR Site Lead and department managers, the Coordinator ensures staffing needs are met, employee support is timely and accurate, and HR practices remain compliant, consistent, and aligned with EAEโ€™s culture of quality, safety, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR Site Leader to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, job offers, and pre-employment requirements to ensure a seamless hiring process.


Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS.
  • Support daily HR operations by assisting employees and managers with HR-related questions and requests.


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Partner with the HR Site Leader to support employee relations, performance management, and workplace initiatives.
  • Assist with employee engagement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Support HR initiatives, training programs, and company events that strengthen organizational culture.



Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruiting metrics, and workforce data to support business decisions.
  • Assist with audits and other HR projects while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
