Job description

Outerland is a 70-person landscaping company located on Cape Cod looking to add an entry-level mechanic to our team. This is a lube tech position, a great fit for someone just getting started who wants to learn the trade and grow with us. If you're mechanically curious, comfortable with basic tools, and ready to build real skills, we want to hear from you.
You'll work alongside people who are happy to teach. No advanced experience required, just a solid work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
  • Perform routine oil changes, lubrication, and basic preventative maintenance on trucks and landscaping equipment
  • Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and learn hands-on
  • Keep the shop and equipment clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Help track and log maintenance work

What We're Looking For
  • Beginner-level experience is fine, we'll train the right person
  • Familiarity with using basic hand and shop tools
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a more advanced mechanic role
